| Overview |
Minorusam (ミノルサム, Minorusamu) and Kakoyanis (カコヤニス, Kakoyanisu) are a minor ancient mamodo team who appear during the Stone Tablet Arc. Minorusam's spells are unnamed, but are known to be based on Water.
Appearance[]
Minorusam is a small, beastlike mamodo covered in thick, jagged teal fur that gives him a wild and rugged appearance. His fur sticks out sharply across his body, especially along his arms, back, and head, forming a spiked silhouette. He has a triangular, menacing face with glowing red eyes and a wide mouth full of pointed teeth. His limbs are lean and powerful, wrapped at the joints. His clawed hands and feet emphasize his feral nature.
Kakoyanis is a human male with a slender build. He is depicted wearing a long, pale-colored robe or tunic that drapes loosely over his body. His hair appears short and red in color.
Personality[]
Kakoyanis seems to be a man whose mind is brainwashed for Zofis, but got free once Brago burned all the ancient mamodo books, including his book.
Biography[]
Background[]
Minorusam petrified
Minorusam participated in the previous battle 1,000 years ago to decide the Mamodo King. At some point during the battle, Minorusam ran into Goren of the Stone and Maurice and was turned into a stone tablet by his spell, Dioga Gorugojio. After being trapped in a stone table for 1,000 years, Minorusam was returned to his body by Zofis when he used the Stone of Moonlight on him and the other ancient mamodo trapped in stone. Kakoyanis is not Minorusam’s original partner and, under normal circumstances, would be unable to read the spellbook or activate its spells. However, through Zofis’ mental manipulation, the cognitive dissonance between the descendants and the spellbook was forcibly synchronized. This artificial alignment allows Kakoyanis to read and cast the spells as though he were Minorusam’s rightful partner.
Part I[]
Minorusam and Kakoyanis are seen fighting alongside Byonko in the battle at the Devolo Ruins against Zatch and Ponygon. Minorusam fires a spell while riding Ferius but him and Kakoyanis slammed into the ground by Brago's Baberuga Gurabidon.
