Meumutsume (メウムツメ) and Dan (ダン) are a minor Ancient mamodo mamodo team who only appears once in episodes 76 and 77 and Chapters 142 and 143. Their spells are based on Breath, like Dekofis.
Appearance[]
Meumutsume is a towering, serpentine mamodo with a long, slender body that coils upward. Its head is oval-shaped and completely black except for a gaping mouth filled with sharp, interlocking teeth and several small, circular white eyes arranged symmetrically. Two large, bat-like wings extend from its upper body, adding to its menacing, dragon-like silhouette. The body is primarily pale in color, contrasted by a dark streak that runs along its length, enhancing its otherworldly appearance. In the anime, Meumutsume’s color scheme consists of a pale cream body contrasted by deep burgundy sections on its head, back, and wings, with teal-green eyes and white teeth.
Dan is notably small in comparison to Meumutsume, emphasizing the mamodo’s immense size. He has a neat and formal look, wearing a suit with a long coat, and has neatly styled darker hair.

Meumutsume participated in the previous battle 1,000 years ago to decide the Mamodo King. At some point during the battle, Meumutsume ran into Goren of the Stone and Maurice and was turned into a stone tablet by his spell, Dioga Gorugojio.
Part I[]
After being trapped in a stone table for 1,000 years, Meumutsume was returned to his body by Zofis when he used the Stone of Moonlight on him and the other ancient mamodo trapped in stone.

Although none of Meumutsume's spells were shown, his spell affiliation is known to be Breath.
