Cut N' Paste (ノリトー・ハッサミー Noritō Hassamī) and Kiichiro (遠藤 喜一郎 Endō Kiichirō) are a team Zatch and Kiyo encounter during the Magic Mirror Arc. They battled for the piece of the mirror Zatch had but lost. It is unknown why they teamed up with Grisor and Dr. Hakase but it is presumed they did it for power. However, they only appear in the anime. Their seiyū are Yasunori Masutani and Kenji Nomura respectively.
After a time when Shion conquers Zatch's friendship, (interested in his piece of the Magic Mirror) Kiichiro appears from nowhere and orders Kiyo to give the piece of mirror that he has. Seeing that they wouldn't give their mirror piece, Kiichiro summons Cut N' Paste by using the Baris spell. Then they start fighting, while Kiyo asks Shion to hide, as he still didn't know that she too has a mamodo. After Kiyo sees that all of Cut's spells are stronger than his spells, he finds a weak point on the final spell Gigano Shizaruk The scissor creature is fully made of metal, which is attracted by electricity. To finish off Cut N' Paste, Kiyo uses Jikerdor, which brings the scissor monster to Cut N' Paste, causing his book to get burned. Kiichiro then leaves the place. However, the whole fight was seen by Grisor, who comments about Cut's failure.
