Summary[]

The orb on Waig's head shatters, and he evaporates into thin air, and Gill appears stunned. Distressed, Gill asks Zatch Bell and Kiyo how they defeated him and runs to grab the briefcase of Spell Bottles. As Gill holds one of the bottles with a snowflake inside, a voice speaks to him inside his head, telling him he will not be given any more power. Gill pleads to let him stay to fight the King, but a light envelops him, and he disappears. Zatch flies toward Kiyo and hugs him, telling him how much he has missed him. The two embrace with a smile. Kiyo and Zahra return to the ruin of Mamodo's sarcophaguses and have an idea to tear pages from their red Spellbook to reactivate the other stone ones. Kiyo's theory was correct, and he reactivated all the stone spellbooks in the ruin. The books begin to emit color and scatter worldwide to return to their original owners, presumably.

Kiyo and Zahra ponder what to do with the remaining sarcophaguses, with Zahra indicating she wants them moved so that another enemy doesn't come looking for them. Kiyo has an idea and calls Apollo Genesis. Back in the town, Zatch and Kiyo enjoy a meal with Zelie, Olmo, Zahra, and some locals. Zatch tells Zelie about the spell he inherited when he became King, which allows him to save the lives of many Mamodo at the cost of his own. Zatch said that he found the Zaker page from his spellbook inside his drawer about a year ago, waiting. Zatch becomes upset while discussing how he wishes he had been able to save more Mamodo, but Kiyo manages to cheer him up. Zatch, Kiyo, Zelie, Olmo, and Mippy go outside to the burial that Zelie made for Ziggy and hold a memorial for their efforts in saving everyone. Kiyo asks Zatch who they are facing, and Zatch indicates that he is unsure but that they stole every spell from all the Mamodo, including his Baou Zakeruga. The Bao Zakeruga is seen inside an enormous container in a room filled with empty Spell Bottles as a mysterious hooded man stands before it.

Gill appears and begins yelling at the man, identifying him as Beliel. Gill demands that the Bao Zakeruga be given to him so he can defeat Zatch. Without hesitation, Beliel waves his hand, and Gill's stomach begins to curl as he reminds Gill who he is speaking to. Gill panics in agony and tells Beliel that Waig is dead. Beliel smirks, telling Gill that Waig was dead long ago, just like him. Beliel's eye is shown through his mask, displaying a peculiar eye shape as his fortress is shown. A week passes, and Zatch and Kiyo say goodbye to all the villagers, telling them he hopes they cross paths again. Hige briefly converses with Kiyo, mocking whether he still had the spellbook from the original battle. Kiyo appoints Zahra in charge of the ancient ruins and tells her she is perfect for the job. Kiyo, Zatch, Mippy, Olmo, and Zelie are driven away from the village in a taxi as Zatch tells them they are headed to find Kanchomé. Parco Folgore is seen dancing on a stage at one of his concerts while a young girl and strange-looking man appear in Milan, Italy, noting they had arrived to find Kanchomé.

Trivia[]
