Summary[]
A flashback is shown with Megumi Oumi leaving mid-concert due to an intuition she had from her heart. As Megumi runs from the stage, she spots her and Tia's vermillion Spellbook. As she reaches for the book, her hand gets burned, and she sees the barrier of flames surrounding the concert hall. Megumi begins calling out for Tia and decides to jump through the flames since they seemed to be thin. Tia instructs Chie to tell her concert attendees to wait ten to twenty minutes, but if she does not return after that to give them full refunds and tickets to see her in the future for free. Megumi ties her hair up and pushes herself through the flames, grabbing the spellbook. Upon grabbing the spellbook, she is transported to Tia's location.
Tia is astounded that Megumi showed up, continuing to cry. Gunther becomes confused at how they were able to Saifogeo and commands his minion to attack them. Megumi casts Seushiru, and the shield manages to stop the attack. Guther becomes increasingly frustrated and directs his squad to attack them from all sides, with Tia noting that he must not have noticed Megumi yet. The shield continues to hold off the attacks, surprising Tia. Megumi tells Tia she left her concert to come save her as Gunther continues to direct his minion to strike Tia's shield. Tia thanks Megumi for coming to her aid but Gunther cuts them short by casting Giradom Baskado and tells Tia to hold her hands in front of her and let her do the rest. As the attack approaches them, Megumi casts Ma Seshield, which stops the attack. As the bystander Mamodo gaze in amazement, Gunther continues to attack and launches Oragas Baskado. The shield blocks the attack partially but a portion of it diverts itself around the shield toward the bystanders, but she waves her hands and moves the Ma Seshield to cover everyone from the attack.
Tia strategically maneuvers the Ma Seshield in all directions to protect everyone from the spell, causing Gunther to become infuriated. Tia directs Megumi to use an attack spell but she informs her that none are in the book, including Saisu. Megumi asks about Zatch, but Tia tells her that he is dead after he saved the Mamodo race from extinction. Gunther notices they have not used any attack spells and casts another Oragas Baskado. All of a sudden, Zatch and Kiyo appear, shocking Tia. Kiyo casts Zakeruga and hits Gunther and his minion directly. Megumi greets Kiyo and points out how long its been since they last saw eachother and asks for them to help them defeat Gunther and his squad. Gunther doesn't back down and directs the squad to attack. Zatch, motivated by all the frightened Mamodo behind him, launches a series of Zaker and Zakeruga at them.
Back in Tokyo, Prince Pola and The Witch are sitting outside the concert hall discussing how any duo that failed to kill their quarry would pay with their life. Prince Pola notes that their trial must have not count, as they were still alive. The Witch concurs and says that Zatch and Kiyo disappeared after a light emitted from their Spellbook. The two decide to go get some okonomiyaki. Back in what appears to be the Mamodo World, a dragon Mamodo reports to Ashron telling him that "it worked."
